End-to-end Email Infrastructure Testing

The ISP-I email monitoring module provides 24x7 real-time monitoring of availability and performance of your and competing email infrastructure. The system performs controlled email round-trip testing, across your own and third-party email platforms to ensure that your incoming and outgoing email services are working in a timely manner: end-to-end. The email monitoring module connect to the outgoing (SMTP) mail server, sends test messages to a range of email accounts including third-party platforms, and then will connect and login into all incoming mail server and retrieve the messages.
As each message is retrieved, within a pre-determined amount of time, the individual tests are timed and flagged as successful and the messages are deleted from your email system. If messages cannot be retrieved within allocated time slots then they are marked as failures and real-time SNMP alerts can be triggered and sent to the designated personnel within your company.All alerts and reports clearly indicate at which stage the end-to-end email test failed, and when it finally arrives the email headers will be logged and made available to you to make problem identification and troubleshooting easier. The email system monitoring can be run simultaneously from multiple locations within our Global monitoring network and at monitoring intervals up to every 5 minutes.
